Michelle Tillis Lederman, CPA, MBA, PCC and named by Forbes as one of the 25 Professional Networking Experts to Watch, is an accomplished speaker, trainer, coach, and author of three books including The 11 Laws of Likability described by the president of the White House Project as, “A must-read for anyone interested in how to effectively leverage your network . . . by just being yourself.” She recently opened her signature live program, The Relationship Driven Leader, to the public.As the founder and CEO of Executive Essentials, a training company that provides communications and leadership programs, as well as executive coaching services, she has delivered seminars internationally for Fortune 500 companies, universities, and nonprofit organizations including; Madison Square Garden, Citi, J&J, Deutsche Bank, GE, Columbia Business School, Target, Sony, and The Museum of Modern Art. Michelle was an Adjunct Professor at NYU’s Stern School of Business and serves on the faculty of the American Management Association and Rutgers Executive Education.

Michelle received her BS from Lehigh University, her MBA from Columbia Business School, and her coaching certification from the Institute for Professional Empowerment Coaching. Michelle is certified in numerous assessment tools including Myers Briggs (MBTI), Lominger Voices 360, Whole Brain (NBI), Social Styles, Thomas Kikman (TKI), and Insights Inventory. She lives in South Orange, NJ with her husband, two sons, and two rescued dogs.
